The information you provide will only be used to facilitate the celebration of the Sacrament, the preparation programme and for Confirmation the recording of the celebration in the Baptismal and Confirmation register. It will be shared with the school to assist in the preparation for the celebration. The information will be retained by Sacred Heart & St Gerard’s Parish for administration purposes. We will contact you by phone or email if we need to clarify any information and we will email details of the preparation, enrolment and celebration of the Sacrament.
